Bir, abt 10 kms ahead of Baijnath is a landing sight of Para Sailors and Hang Gliders. There is a beautiful Tibetan monastery and Tibetan handicrafts centre.
Billing, 12 kms up in the hills from Bir is declared one of the best sight for Para-Gliding in the world. Para –Gliding tournaments are held every year at this place. It is also a unique picnic spot.
